A two-story modern custom home designed and built by Weaver Construction, completed in October 2021. The home is a showcase of modern materials and detailing, including Sho Sugi Ban siding, Marvin Modern window systems, La Cantina folding doors, a see-through Montigo fireplace, custom steel staircase and fireplace surround, wide-plank white oak flooring, and a concrete-paver rooftop deck.
The goal was to design and build a modern speculative home that would stand out in the market through architectural quality and materials — a home positioned at the high end of modern design, with no shortcuts on finishes, technology, or detailing.
As the design-build firm on the project, we handled the home end-to-end: architectural design, structural execution, custom fabrication (including the steel staircase and fireplace surround), and the full materials package.
