The homeowners worked with an interior designer to develop an updated design plan for this lakefront home. Plenty of space to entertain and fun, modern finishes were top priority.
Creating comfortable, welcoming spaces and keeping the home's flowing, open floor plan were top-of-mind. A custom entry pivot door welcomes guests into the sprawling entry and living room, with expansive lake views.
We demolished all the existing interior finishes down to the framing, and upgraded mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. On the main floor, we installed custom cabinetry in the kitchen, a dedicated coffee bar and a custom built-in bookcase to house the owner's extensive vinyl record collection. The primary bathroom and en suite got a modern update to feature views of the lake. Unique custom finish features, including an architectural grid wall and custom art displays make this home truly one-of-a-kind.
