A full interior remodel of a hillside home, paired with an exterior repaint and the integration of smart-home lighting and communication systems throughout. The project focused on improving how the home functions day-to-day while modernizing its technology infrastructure.
The homeowners wanted to update the interior throughout, refine the floor plan in specific areas where it wasn't working, and bring the home up to date technologically with integrated smart lighting and communication systems — without doing a full structural overhaul.
We executed a complete interior remodel and modified the floor plan in the areas the clients identified as functional bottlenecks. We installed smart lighting and communication systems throughout the home, coordinating the rough-in and integration so the technology was built into the architecture rather than added on top of it. We also handled the full exterior repaint to refresh the home's curb appeal.
