The clients wanted a brand-new home tailored to a modern lifestyle: bright, open, and uncluttered, with high-quality materials throughout and design moments that elevated the everyday — particularly in the main living areas where they'd spend most of their time.

As a design-build firm, we partnered with the clients from concept through completion, specifying high-end materials, integrating cedar detailing for warmth, and designing a feature fireplace that became the focal point of the main living space. Our team coordinated all finishes and millwork to maintain a consistent, light-driven aesthetic throughout the home.
