A studs-out interior remodel paired with a significant exterior transformation that updated the home's architectural style. The project replaced the existing roof with a metal shed roof, added a covered entry, built a steel-framed two-story deck for indoor-outdoor living, and converted a detached carport into a true garage. New fencing and landscaping completed the transformation.
The homeowners wanted a home that felt fully modern inside and out — updated architectural style, better outdoor living, secure parking, and a polished, finished site. They were ready to do significant structural work to get there rather than just refresh finishes.
We took the interior down to the studs and rebuilt it for modern living. On the exterior, we replaced the existing roof with a metal shed roof and added a covered entry to give the home a contemporary architectural identity. We engineered and built a steel-framed two-story deck off the rear that captures the views and creates two covered outdoor living areas. We also converted the detached carport into a fully enclosed garage and completed the project with comprehensive fencing and landscaping.
