A complete interior and exterior remodel anchored by a new rooftop deck designed to take advantage of the views above Seattle's tree line. The project also finished out the basement into substantial additional living space and rebuilt the home's existing exterior decks.
The homeowners wanted to unlock the views their site offered — which meant going up — while also expanding the home's livable space and rebuilding tired exterior decks. They wanted the home reimagined inside and out, not just refreshed.
We completed a comprehensive interior and exterior remodel and added a new rooftop deck that opened up the views the original home wasn't capturing. We finished out the basement into additional living space, including three rooms and a bathroom, and we completely rebuilt the existing exterior deck spaces.
